Refund Eligibility

  • Pay-as-you-go Service: No refunds available (we provide free trial and the minimum package starts at only $3)
  • Subscription Service Time Limit: Refund requests must be made within 3 days of purchase
  • Subscription Service Usage Limit: No refunds available if you have used more than 10 credits (1 credit = 1 text removal service)

  2. Provide Information: Include your account email, order number, purchase date, and reason for refund
